Ingredients
  • 6 hotdogs
  • 12 slices of bacon
  • Gruyere cheese, cut into strips
  • 6 Brioche hot dog buns
Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Butterfly hotdogs, stuff with cheese. Wrap dogs with bacon covering the entire dog, use toothpicks to hold bacon if needed. On an oiled sheet pan, bake hotdogs until bacon is crisp, about 10-12 minutes. Serve in warmed Brioche buns and top with fresh kraut, mustard, tomatoes and pickles.
