20 ozs fine quality unsweetened chocolate finely chopped in a food processor
2 tsps vanilla extract
1/2 cup organic sugar or sucanot
cinnamon stick and/or ground spanish cinnamon
Bring cream, sugar, and vanilla to a simmer in a 3- to 4-quart saucepan and remove from heat. Whisk in choclate until smooth. Pour into small tea cups and serve warm cinnamon sprinkle and cinnamon stir stick.
