Ingredients
  • 6 tbsps Paprika
  • 2 tbsps Ground coriander
  • 2 tbsps Ground cumin
  • 2 tbsps coarse kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground saffron threads
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions

Whisk all ingredients in a bowl, store in a tight container

Marinate fish or chicken over night in coconut milk, lemon, honey, fresh garlic, chili flakes, and Tandoori rub.
